When is it better to start booking?

Reservations for these months start almost at the end of the previous season. Almost directly, the most popular villas “fly off” the market, especially seaside villas. Reservation activity peaks in the first quarter of the year (from January to March) in order to make the ideal reservation of the desired period at the best market price!

Rental agreement completed and signed by Agency and Client, regulate payment conditions and services included in rental price and additional costs not included in rental price. The agreement includes the surname and the name of the client, the address of the rented property, the price of the rent, the initial deposit, the security deposit, the prices of all the services provided and the terms of payment.
Reservation of villa completion is considered on receipt of the deposit (30% of the total rent due) to the bank account of the Agency. The balance of the rent is payable to the agency account 2 months before the commencement of the rent.
After the full payment of the rental price, the tenant is sent an agreement with the mark "PAID" and, upon request, a letter is sent by the Agency to the French consulate requesting a visa for the tenant, his family members and friends.
What is a security deposit?
A Security deposit is intended to cover possible loss or damage to the rental property or its contents in the renting period and to cover the costs of living and utility costs (electricity, water, telephone calls) not included in the rental price. This security deposit should be transferred to the agency account two weeks before the commencement of the rent. A security deposit is appointed by the owner of the villa and, as a rule, accounts for 20 to 30% of the total value of the booking.
The balance of the security deposit reduced by the amounts subject to be payed will be refunded within 2 months of the end of the rental period according to the French law.
Utility and personnel payments
Consumption of water, gas, electricity, and use of the telephone line for the international calls, final house clean, household linen and towels – all these costs can be payed additionally to the rental price according to the meter readings, established tariffs and charges. The indicated costs are deducted from the security deposit.
For the additional payment and upon the request of the tenant the household staff can be provided – housekeeper, house guard, cooker, etc.
The cost of personnel services, garden maintenance and swimming pool maintenance is included in the price of the rent.
Arrival on the Cote d’Azur
Your rental agreement as well as a map to the villa or apartment and all necessary contact information will be sent to you in advance. Upon request, we can organise your meeting in the airport and accompaniment to the villa. Our agency representative will be waiting for you at your disposal for the transfer of the villa and will give you the basic instructions.
